First up on the list is a visit to a 목욕탕. I easily avoided going when I lived there, but after visiting Iceland a couple of years ago, I lost those inhibitions (it was that, or miss doing a couple of things I really wanted to do). I don’t know which one of my friends will take me, but it shouldn’t be too hard to find someone.

I LOVE 목욕탕s, especially the ones with a co-ed 찜질방 attached. I go at least once a week, and more these days since it's so cold and my bathroom is frickin' freezing.
By the way, my old site "Living the Korean High (school) Life" is dead...finito~ The new site is: "www.locomote.org". Ugly as 똥 now, but it's mine to play with~ Just thought I'd let you know so u can update the link in your links section. Unless asked, I probably wouldn't post 오늘의 한자 to the other site...wouldn't want to bore audience overlap. But it would be easy enough to do. Yes, I am back...slowly, surely, and glad of it. |
