Must be my lucky day...I studied 162회 of 한국어로 말합시다, and it too made some brief references to birthday greetings.
This series is proving to be a real asset to my studies. I love that it’s all in Korean, even though I don’t understand everything. Hearing words I already know in another context is helpful. I can guess at other words, and the rest I have to look up.
I got tipped off to another great resource, KBS’s program 한국어로 말합시다. 고마워 to DW Yoon over at The Korean Language 2.
After wrestling with my long-dormant KBS registration, I watched both an early and a recent episode (VOD) this morning and can see it finding a place in my regular language study. I like that the entire program is in Korean, even though I understand less than half of the words. And I usually understand them even less when they’re all strung together.
Is it just me, or did Let’s Speak Korean steal the coffee table from the set of 한국어로 말합시다?
